They add such a warm homey feeling, don't they.
I love your little quilts. I will have to dig in the scrap bag and try to make some similar new (old) quilts. Thank you for the inspiration.
More cuties from your collection! Tonight as I closed down the sunroom, it occurred to me that it is time to put away the spring flowers, an get out the fall flowers, table mats, etc., and also to put away at least some of the patriotic things, but somehow I just can't bring myself to do that right now! I may go straight into Christmas things before too long! ---"Love"
They are so precious! I do love to decorate with small quilts - hanging over chairs, on the wall, on tables, etc. I just can't get enough of them!
What wonderful little quilts - and I think I spy a few familiar prints that have been reproduced. Love the idea of up on the cupboards - I may have to re-decorate!
I love them!! Thanks for sharing your antique quilts with us.
Such great little antique quilts. I need to bring out the fall quilts and decorations, but I am in denial. LOL
Love your doll quilts - the stars, and the coins are wonderful finds. Oh, the madders are just fabulous in the first quilt! I think it may inspire me to create something similar, including wonky piecing! These were so fun to see; thanks!
They look wonderful...love the madders! I need to do some fall decorating but it just doesn't feel like autumn down here in the south yet....
Those sweet little antique quilts are great inspiration for fall decorating. I've a basket of dried flowers on top of my pine TV cabinet. A small quilt using some of my Civil War fabrics would look just right in it. Thanks for the decorating ideas.
