Quilt Pattern Correct Reference

Not long ago, Kathie posted a little quilt that she made from one of my published patterns.  I pulled out the original magazine and found that I had given her an incomplete reference.
This was published in Quick Quilts #74, Spring 2007.  This is the Quick Quilts magazine from QUILT Magazine by Harris Publications
